Join us for a special South African Wine Dinner, hosted by sommelier Andrew Cook, who will guide us through a fascinating selection of wines from across the country.
We’ll start with Méthode Cap Classique before exploring some Chenin Blancs – a grape that South Africa has very much made its own – alongside bold white blends, world-class Bordeaux-style reds and some delicious sweet wines.
It promises to be a brilliant showcase of just how diverse and exciting South African wine can be, with each wine carefully matched to a menu created for the evening.
Andrew brings a wealth of knowledge, but this won’t be an evening just for wine experts. Expect plenty of interesting stories and insight, without too much wine jargon.
